OSICON-23 Organizing Committee (OC) is negotiating with the government guest houses on special accommodation rates suiting the student participants. Transportation will be arranged from the Guest House to the Conference Venue and back. The students who wish to avail the special accommodation need to fill out the Google Form (https://forms.gle/2PMda4MHuhH2RB2g8) before 5th August 2023.
The OC has negotiated special rates for accommodation
for the conference participants at the hotels given below. As hotel accommodation in August is in high demand in Hyderabad,
the OC advises participants to book their accommodation well in advance on or before 15 August, 2023. by contacting the hotel management directly with the
subject OSICON-23 Accommodation to invoke special accommodation rates. The OC also advises the participants to inform
their accommodation details to the OC at osicon23@incois.gov.in with the subject Confirmed Accommodation,
for transportation arrangements from selected hotels. The participants should pay their accommodation charges at the respective hotels.
The special rates for accommodation are valid only for the conference period, and the hotel rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
If the delegate wants to cancel the confirmed booking, he/she can directly contact the hotel and the cancellation charges
are applicable as per the respective policy of the below hotels.
The OC has already made transportation arrangements (Pickup & Drop) between the
following hotels (S.No. 1 - 5) and the conference venue. The participants should make their own arrangement for transport
from Airport to Hotel and back. The participants booking their accommodation in the other hotels will have to arrange their
own transportation.
